Billing department continued to bill the wrong insurance (even after I continuously gave up to date insurance info each visit to front desk personnel) and then attempted to bill me for visits from 2 years ago. I refused to pay because I explained and showed them they were billing the wrong BCBS Ins plan (their mistake). They sent me a notice saying that Dr. Sikes Was releasing me from their care. Has been helping a friend of mine for over 20 yrs we are grateful for Dr.sikes a blessing
Dr Sykes has been my lupus doctor for 20 years. During those 20 years my insurance changed 3 times. Three different times I went to three different doctors but not one came close to the doctor that Dr. Sykes is . Dr. Sykes is one Doctor that is going to be very much missed with his retirement.
The are great doctors here but all the staff are amazing I drive from Lakeland to see them but well worth the drive I would definitely recommend this doctor and staff to all my family and friends they are amazing!
Dr Sykes and his staff are absolutely the best. They care about their patients health and well-being. They have true genuine and caring feelings toward everyone..
