Dr. Shin is a professional, personable, caring physician. I recently had to have a procedure and could not be more satisfied with the explanation of what to expect. If in the future I would need any other surgical procedure, Dr. Shin would be the first person I would contact. In addition, his office was staff has been wonderful. Whether it was to schedule an appointment or just general questions, the people there have been so helpful and pleasant and especially patient on the telephone.
