I started with Dr Shilling years ago when he was willing to see my son on a Saturday after hours, he had an eye injury. And continue to go there. Yes, he may talk a lot. And really needs to realize there are patients waiting. But know he is likely to take that time with you. The staff depends on who is there. Sometimes they are great, others they are there for the job. He is professional, and I do trust him.
Dr. Shilling spends too much time chatting about himself with patients and leaves other patients waiting for their appointments. On my last visit after waiting one hour past my appointment time I finally walked out to find out he had left the building to go home for lunch. I will never go to him again. Very arrogant and disrespectful of the patients time.
