Dr. Serlin is fantastic. He is the best I have seen in western Mass. He treats you great, and listens to you. He is super supportive.
Dr. Serlin took the time to listen to me, did a thorough exam, and helped me to figure out what was going on. He ordered the appropriate tests and got back to me promptly. As a physician myself I appreciated his bedside manner and his attention to detail and quick follow up with the results. He’s an excellent clinician and our community is lucky to have someone with his knowledge, skills, and ability to communicate with his patients.
