I worked with Dave for over 6 months to find a home he got me in and out of whatever I wanted to see and worked with my busy schedule . When I finally found a place and we had issues with me having a bad loan officer he stepped in was the go between took out of his pocket to make the deal work I can't say enough about how happy I was with having him as my realtor. Great realtor great guy when I upgrade in the future I'll def have his help again .
