Dr. Segal rendered me permanently disabled at 28 years old. He only cares about making money. He couldn't care less about his patients. He's a megalomaniac. Do not trust this man, the Iowa Medical Board sure doesn't!
After being seen by providers in Dubuque, Iowa after I had a car accident and was treated horribly, I was referred to Dr Segal. I ended up having surgery in the fall of last year. I now can do all the things I couldn't do after the accident. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Segal.
