Dr. Sauceda and his PA are excellent,attentive, kind, considerate professionals,His nurses and his receptionists are also very respectful. Our experience with his medical records person has been very unpleasant. She appears easily irritated and our interactions with her have made us feel devalued because of her tone and dismissive interactions. I don't believe Dr. Sauceda is aware of how harsh she has been with us.
