It was difficult to get into front door of building; go to other side of the building. Although there was a hiccup with my appointment booked through ZocDoc, they saw me anyway, which I appreciated. My actual visit experience was perfect. I saw the doctor to seek feedback about how to deal with a painful shoulder and got exactly what I needed.
