I was at this office recently and couldn't help but over hear the two blonde women in the front talk about patients and patients' issues and issues they have with patients and which patients are annoying and which patient'a calls, each of these women did not want to take and deal with. Not only that, this was all going on while patients walking in and waiting to be checked in.
