I have been calling for several days to make an appointment, but no one answers the phone. And when they did answer, they told me to wait on the line and left me there. Terrible experience with the office staff.
Dr. Saltzman is great it is the office staff that is completely unresponsive. Several calls over several days and a call back is never received. Having to utilize the ER for non emergent care due to the lack of concern of the office staff to reach back out!
The most knowledgeable PCP I've had in my 53 years, wouldn't change for anything
