Dr. Saito is a fantastic internist. He has been my mom's primary care provider for 10 years now, she adores him. She feels he listens to her and discusses all her options for particular issues. His staff is friendly and responsive. We feel lucky that our mom has this kind of care in her later years.
I called to see if doc was taking new pt. Was talking to Ayda (?). She said, "I'm sorry; I can barely hear you." and hung up on me. She didn't ask me to speak up. Just flat out hung up on me! I tried calling back a few times & she continued to hang up! The only reason I know she continued to hang up on me, was that I made several more calls (to see if it was my phone) and I could make other calls no prob!
