Dr Tarr is kind and well skilled at what he does. I've had Dr Tarr for many years. He's compationate and he cares about his patients. Highly recommended.
This doctor was a God send to my 90 year old diabetic mother; he knows what hes doing hes kind human goodness and he is so gentle on the elderly patients I recommend him. He removed a very black-purple toenail and my mom who was scared felt no pain.
Dr Tarr is amazing, patient and kind. He explains everything hes going to do and he takes extra time with you to do so
