These doctors used to be great now they are always hour plus behind on spots, no one answers the phone in their office. It always amazes me that they charge you if you cancel and or are late to your appt but they will still charge you a copay when THEY are hour to two hours behind on YOUR scheduled appt which you were on time for!
tried calling for days but only reach voicemails and no one returns your call. When I did finally reach someone they kept putting me on hold and then told me they had to call me back the following day and hung up on me. When I called back the on-call voicemail answers. The staff was RUDE, discourteous, and their only focus is leaving for the day. Do not see them in the last hour because no one is focused and they are all impatient. If the staff is this careless imagine the doctor whom hired them
My wife, daughter and myself have been patients of Dr. Osteen for 25+ years and we have all been impressed with his patient care. He is an outstanding physician and always looks for the LCD (lowest common denominator) for treatment; eg. once I had excruciating pain from Achilles heal and he told me to go buy a pair of CROCS brand shoes. I did and pain was gone in 2-3 days. Pain has never recurred and CROCS are still my brand of choice for shoes. He has a good support staff at the Dr.Phil Office.
The staff at orange ave office at the phone is very rude. Especially the lady Tan

Dr. David Osteen performed a total knee replacement on my left knee on 2/2/16. I am more than pleased with the results. Finally, no more pain and totally ambulatory without any assistive devices. The surgery was actually pain free and so was my recovery. There was some discomfort but no pain. Took minimum pain meds. Will have my right knee done most likely within the year and I really want Dr. Osteen to perform that surgery also. I am almost 73 years of age, so need to address this soon. ????
