Dr. Oliver was great with my husband’s thyroid cancer. Removed thyroid and lymph nodes. Cancer free for 12 years now. We go once a year now for rechecks, thyroid medication refills and bloodwork. Now my sister goes there. He did sinus surgery on 12/24/24 for reconstruction and constant infections she was having. Great beside manners and always takes time though listen and answer your questions! Would not use anyone else!
I saw Dr Oliver on Wednesday for tinnitus. His staff gave me a hearing test then the doctor looked in my ears with instruments. By Thursday night I had the beginning of an ear infection. I can only assume it came from the instruments used. Friday morning I called the office at the beginning of the day. His staff called be back and said they would not give me any for it unless I came into the office. I went there paid 165 dollars I was supposed to see Dr. David Oliver. Instead I just saw a nurse she gave me cream sent me on my way. I'm still having ear pain BADLY in my right ear .. I called them customer service was very rude. They said I would have to pay another 165 for the same problem that wasn't fixed the first time. I do not recommend this place . They will take your money you won't see a doctor . I'm in pain and can't hear out of my ear I don't know what to do . 1/4/2024
