Communication is almost non existent so far. Sent to a dive downtown for treatment that is transitioning to another service. 2 months and no word, unless we call, & then have to ask legal assistant to DO something. Never have spiken w the actual lawyer.

Lost my disability case and appeal for very basic reasons including he failed to obtain the proper records ... literally contacted me only 20 mins before my hearing with the ALJ to " go over my case" and let me know he was not ready with all the records but would like to proceed regardless. During the hearing never spoke up and let me do everything WITH NO PLAN. Only repeated one answer at the end. He failed to obtain proper records in a timely manner , didn't fill missing gaps.
