I was totally shocked by his attitude. He has always been great. He sat and never said a word to me or looked at me. I do not know why he was angry. He owed me an explanation if I error . I just told him the emergcy room at Presbyterian told me to follow up with him the next day and I got cold shoulder from him. I left and he never said a word. If he did not want to treat me,fine. He could have had the reception turn me around or better yet not let me make an appointment. He is a very good Dr
Very professional, warm and understanding. I was very happy with the consultation and with the staff. Provided a lot of information and answered all my questions. Very collaborative. I am very pleased with finding Dr Harper
Has always been very kind and patient in explaining issues. Also is extremely kind to older patients and never makes them feel rushed or unimportant. A very Christian man.
