Dr. Fuggetta provides good chiropractic care, but the office’s billing practices are concerning. I had a dispute with the front desk after they improperly billed my insurance (and me) for a doctor’s exam visit in addition to an adjustment, even though I only came for the same routine adjustment I’ve always had. Insurance correctly denied the exam charge because there was no new problem documented that required investigation.
