This was going to be my first appointment at Pinnacle Dental but after an hour of waiting I had to leave to get back to work. It would be highly appreciated if they had a system where they informed their appointments ahead of time if they know it’s gonna be a 30+ min wait especially for those taking their lunch/time off work to go to their appointment. I was actually excited to go to the dentist and get a cleaning done so, this is a bummer…
I had a great experience. David Cannon was very friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend his office. This was my first time here and I will be back.
