Dr. Bryant is not the best dermatologist at all. I have pretty great skin and I’m trying to keep it that way and he actually made it worse and did not make it better. I do not recommend him to be your derma
I have suffered with melasma for a long time. I have gone to many many dermatologist and medi spas. The only person that has truly helped ne is Dr. Harper. She has truly turned my skin around for the better in only a short period of time. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she truly appears to care. I would recommend Dr.Harper to anyone that is suffering from melasma. Thank you Dr. Harper.
The worst experience I’ve had with a business. Terrible experience. Felt like I have been scammed. First off waited 1 hour and 30 mins for a follow up appointment for the doctor to see me 2 minutes. Also, was told I need to pay an office visit and my deductible has been met since my first appointment with them and was told it wasn’t but when talked with my insurance my deductible been met since May.the lady at the front did not do her job at all. Arrived in office and waiting room was full at 12:15. One morning patient said that she had been waiting for two hours to be seen. At 12:30 the receptionist , behind the window that you can’t touch, even if you need to ask a question. Terrible customer interactions and disrespect for patients time. Btw, they don’t answer the phone if you call. I tried at 0900 and 1000 hours. There was no answer but I immediately received a text informing to walk in to be seen or to call for an appointment. Just at hot mess.
On our first visit we waited an hour and 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. He spent 10 minutes and sent us on our way with a follow up in a week. The doctor was very friendly and assessed my Mo.s issue within minutes. On our follow up visit, we found the small cramped waiting area full once again. We waited for over an hour and a half before being seen. Terrible customer service by the front desk, they keep the window closed with a posted sign stating "Do Not knock on glass."
