Arrived in office and waiting room was full at 12:15. One morning patient said that she had been waiting for two hours to be seen. At 12:30 the receptionist , behind the window that you can’t touch, even if you need to ask a question. Terrible customer interactions and disrespect for patients time. Btw, they don’t answer the phone if you call. I tried at 0900 and 1000 hours. There was no answer but I immediately received a text informing to walk in to be seen or to call for an appointment. Just at hot mess.
On our first visit we waited an hour and 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. He spent 10 minutes and sent us on our way with a follow up in a week. The doctor was very friendly and assessed my Mo.s issue within minutes. On our follow up visit, we found the small cramped waiting area full once again. We waited for over an hour and a half before being seen. Terrible customer service by the front desk, they keep the window closed with a posted sign stating "Do Not knock on glass." Dr. Bryant, Kiara, Yoshi, and the entire staff were amazing! The wait time was very reasonable, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. They made the whole experience comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bryant was great! He spent time to answer all of my questions and the medication he prescribed worked very well!
This dermatologist was able to answer a providers consultation and help my son on a Sunday afternoon. Unbelievable dedication and availability.
