St Charles at Olde Court I am two weeks into a years lease and dread the next 11 months. The staff, while very polite, doesn't seem to care about their tenants. They have an automated secure package room for deliveries but all of the lockers are full and it renders the room useless to residents needing to use it. They also have a trash
