Honestly I think the owner needs to do site visits and engage with his tenants because after years of living at Cascade overlook and having my personal belongings ruined, having to pay for test that I begged the property manager to order but was denied to check for high levels of mold due to concerning health issues I had no choice to pay out of pocket to have this matter taking serious.
