The company has Predatorial practices. They use bait and switch tactics to get people in the door, then raise prices at will. I have been renting a commercial property for over two years. I reside at one of the properties owned by this group and received thorough, considerate and timely care by the maintenance staff. I want to shoutout Nate and say "thank you" for taking the time to explain things to me. I could tell he cared about the work he was doing and I was impressed that you went the extra mile to help my husband and I at our unit.

We looked at Many apartments and factored in everything , love the apartment and location so we decided to apply because of Amy , she goes the extra mile and treats people with respect and does her best to help with everything.
