This place is a phenomenal place to live! Every interaction is great, and the Maintenance guys/gals are "KILLER". I've had something go down, and they fix it immediately. You should totally move here.
This company will be remembered mostly for demolishing the mechanic theater and being a poor steward of the city. They build forgettable vaguely Italianate post modern apartment retail combo zones, yet think history will vindicate their decision? Look at their headquarters, zero taste, zero interest in art or aesthetics. I still get mad about it every once in a while.. hence the review. Has been a vacant lot for 12 years now.
