Horrible company! Do not lease from them. They are predatory and will raise your rates at exorbitant rates.
Specifically The Metro Group: Brandon, Devin and James!! We are in an owings mills location and they came out in this heck of a snow storm to help clear our sidewalks and they were so so kind. I barely wanted to dig out my car but I commend these guys for coming out to help us when I’m sure they would have liked a snow day themselves!
The company has Predatorial practices. They use bait and switch tactics to get people in the door, then raise prices at will. I have been renting a commercial property for over two years. The rental office is rude. I was just belittled today by NOAH at David S Brown for asking why my rent was increasing again, because it’s always new charges every month. I reside at one of the properties owned by this group and received thorough, considerate and timely care by the maintenance staff. I want to shoutout Nate and say "thank you" for taking the time to explain things to me. I could tell he cared about the work he was doing and I was impressed that you went the extra mile to help my husband and I at our unit.
