Dr. Rydell took my gallbladder out and he was amazing. His administrative staff is the absolute worst though. Won't answer the phone or even call me back. Been trying to call to schedule my follow up appointment for days now.
I had gallbladder surgery February 14th 2022. Doctor Rydell initially saw me and he admitted me to the hospital and Dr. Velgos performed the surgery. I was so surprised at the high level of care that I received at the hospital and with the surgeons. It really made me realize the poor level of service that I received at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay medical center for my heart surgery in 2021. I would highly recommend the surgeons as they did a wonderful job and I've healed and feel great now! They have a great bedside manner an... read more
