This place is really so great- in a field where it often feels like patients are pushed around for a bottom line, I have always felt absolutely taken care of at Seton. I hope you don't need imaging, but in the case you do, this is definitely the place to go.
Had to reschedule because the girl claimed that hadn’t received my referral until a half hour after the appointment time even though the paper says otherwise. I sat there 45 minutes after leaving work early for nothing. I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service. Hopefully advanced radiology treats customers better.
The nurse wasn’t the friendliest which made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. Extreme lack of communication as well.
The worst MRI experience I have ever had in my life.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.Extremely rude nurse who made me feel uncomfortable because I couldn’t complete the MRI due to being claustrophobic.There was zero communication,I was extremely uncomfortable in the open MRI everything on my body went numb,they never said how long,how many minutes like a normal MRI tech does.It was the worst MRI experience I ever had.Bottom line I wouldn’t bring a dying animal there.
They have no male technologists available for men who have to undergo intimate radiology studies involving their genitalia. You’d never see a male technologist performing mammography. Why should men have their dignity, privacy and comfort compromised????
