Dr. Ross and staff were amazing and so patient with my daughter. They fixed and gave my daughter the perfect smile! Definitely Recommend!
Dr Ross and his staff are welcoming from the front desk all the way back to the treatment area. They are all efficient, polite, and professional. Dr Ross has the best "bedside" manner. They kept our son relaxed through the process of putting on his braces and explained each step they did to him. It is a fun office to go to as well. We are very impressed.
I have been a patient for about 5-6 months and have never had a bad experience. The office is really clean, welcoming, and even has complimentary drinks. I’ve never had a long wait time & staff is really nice. If I could give them 6 stars I would!
This is our third child getting braces and our third orthodontist. While our other orthodontic experiences were great, our experience with Dr. Ross has been fantastic! All employees are friendly and professional, and the office is clean, well laid out, and ultra-efficient. Dr. Ross is very involved in his patients’ treatment, (it’s not just the techs doing the work), and he provides great customer service. My son said, “I like Dr. Ross - he’s pretty cool.” High compliments from a 15-year old!
