Calm atmosphere, pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. My visits with my Dr. was great, he was very thorough, gave me answers to questions I had not thought of. Thank you
Dr Rivera has been very competent and personable when I've seen him in the office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BUT I've been trying for a week to get a prescription refill Pharmacy has requested a refill I've called Sent several messages via the Patient Portal My PCP messaged, yet still NO RESPONSE. I have several Doctors in the Orlando Health/Florida Medical group, but never encountered this with any other office. With the price of gas, I shouldn't have to drive an hour to request in person, but I'm considering it.
