Well spoken, takes his time. A bit abrupt, but kind. Which i prefer. Had pre-op appointment yesterday. He truly knows how to make his patients feel heard, and justified with asking for a second opinion. He was my second opinion. Since my initial surgery with a previous surgeon 2 years ago, I've been saying something isn't right. Dr. Ritzow And nurses have been fabulous. Everything is prepared Professionally and punctual. Very pleased with all so far!!!
