It's been our privilege to work with Dr. David Ringel these past couple of years as he cared for my adult son with special needs. Ty has Down's syndrome and we found Dr. Ringel to be a kind, caring and compassionate doctor. He always listens to my input and speaks to Ty directly without talking down to him.
My mother has been a Kaiser patient for many years, and she has never encountered a doctor who told her to find a specialist on the Kaiser Permanente website instead of providing a printed referral and the specialist’s information. When I logged into the KP website, there was no information about the specialist, and even if there were, an official referral would still be required to schedule an appointment.
