As first time homebuyers, we came in with almost 0 knowledge on what to look for, and what to consider when buying. Dave not only walked us through step-by-step, but he helped us in a very non-opinionated way understand the pros and cons of each house. He did an incredible job, helping us see the financial differences in homes and what kind of costs would be included if we were to change something in those homes.
