During my visit with my son whom she diagnosed to have pneumonia, she didnt accept me saying if we can do an xray exam to him as he has been ill for more than 2 weeks and was misdiagnosed by them a week earlier than this visit and I needed to visit them again to find out he has pneumonia . When I asked her what would happen if he didnt get well she told me to come again !! For a third visit (of course why not more visits , more money)and then we may do an xray on his lungs. When I asked cant we do xray now with the antibioti... read more
Disappointing experience. Our child's complications were dismissed, and our questions went unanswered. The doctor followed a script, ignoring our concerns. Not recommended for parents with complex cases.
Business response:
I am the Patient and Family Experience Manager and I am so sorry to hear about this experience with our clinic. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your visit and concerns. Please contact me at PatientRelations@AllegroPediatrics.com. Thank you.
The clinic and clinic staff is good. But the experience with the doctor was a whole different story. We booked the annual checkup for our child based on the online positive reviews. But we were disappointed. She ordered unnecessary tests and diagnostics for my child which upon consulting with the preview Dr. were unnecessary. Only thing I can guess is that she is trying to increase billing by ordering expensive tests. Best recommendation is to stay away and try other doctors in the same clinic location.
We normally see Dr Koss but we got in for an emergency visit for our almost 1 year old daughter Macy because she had swelling on one side of her face. She took it very seriously and got us into Seattle Childrens for an ultrasound. Many doctors could have dismissed this but she stuck her neck out to get her in for an ultrasound asap. The ultrasound showed a necrotic infection and macy ended up needing surgery. I thank Dr Palomino for really caring for my daughter. She did everything she could to make sure we received the care... read more
He was rude, arrogant and condescending
Our son has been seeing him since birth. He works with us and is honest about his thoughts about care. He paints the picture of what to consider when raising a child. I appreciate his approach and not trying to influence us, just giving us the right amount of information and letting us make our own decisions.
We have been seeing Dr. George for 10+ years and I could not ask for a better doctor for my son. He is caring, thorough, takes him time in the visits, equally attentive to both the child and the parent. I have confidence in his advice and so does my son. It is one of the few things my 17+ year old son and I happen to agree on.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so grateful to have Dr. George at Allegro.
Could not have the issues resolved.
