Had an appointment for my sister with Down Syndrome, the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Assumed it was because of an emergency, so rescheduled online and had to wait upwards of 8 weeks, when i went into our app for confirmation, i didn't see the appointment. Called to confirm and was told the reason the appointment was cancelled is because my sister has Medicare/Medicaid. And they weren't accepting patients with Medicaid. So obviously only the wealthy or regular insurance can be serviced by this provider. So ... read more
