Horrible...I was on time for my appointment, Dr. David Ray was still with another patient. I used that time to fill out paperwork & was completed before he was done with prior patient. He refused to see me because I was five minutes late getting the paperwork in & even though he still wasn't ready for me. There was No one in the waiting room either. I drove 2 1/2hr.s to make this appointment.
