David Rawlings has been my auto insurance agent for many years, and I am very satisfied with his professionalism and honesty. I would recommend him to anyone needing automobile insurance. That said, I wish the person who stuck David with a one star review, because he was unhappy with State Farm Insurance as a corporation, would delete that review. While the reviewer makes clear that his review is of State Farm Insurance, and not David, that one star review looks really bad to anyone using Google to find an insurance agent... read more
Poor customer service! The unwillingness and reluctance to provide information truly merited the effort of a low score review. To be fair I asked another rep from our company to call and she recieved the same treatment. We both spoke to the same older female (based on voice). Such a shame if the business is ever compromised for such behavior.
STATEFARM might be a good insurance company but this agency has been a serious joke of not being concerned for the well being of those who use them. We have had a house flood, no coverage. We had a truck hit by a big branch due to 100mph winds, no coverage. They give just enough basic info to mislead you into thinking you are covered and then when you need them.... sorry you are out of luck. Better choosing next time.
