The people where u sign in at at the dentist part are very rude like they don't like their job. They be back there talking to each other and on their phone more than anything. But when I made it to the back they were nice and courteous. The doctor explained everything to me. They need to get rid of the people where you sign in at

The poeple that work at this location are not very friendly at all. They seem to be unorganized. For example, when you sign, sometimes they lose your paper. I sat there for over an hour, while people that were coming in after me wee being helped, and I had to go back to the window to ask what had happened. They told me they could not find my sign in paper so I must not have signed in.... Excuse me? That is one of the most basic rules of customer service: never argue with customers! I ended up missing a class at LSUS because ... read more
