I cannot overstate my appreciation for the assistance and support I've received from Thomas in Dr Raab's office at IBJI. In a great deal of pain due to injury, I messaged many questions about next steps regarding setting up tests, medications, follow-up... and Thomas fielded my every question calmly, efficiently, and with genuine care. Thank you so much for your exemplary patience and kindness, Thomas!

I had a 3:45 appointment on 4/9/26. I was told to arrive at 3:30. At 3:29, I checked in at the front desk. I answered all questions, provided my ID, insurance card, and, upon request, my credit card. Alex took all my information and had me sign two forms (neither of which I was shown) electronically. I did all of this and was directed to sit in the waiting room. Knowledgeable, friendly with Professional attitude and skills. Impressed the way he stepped into the examination room and greeted with a friendly smile. Clearly, I can vouch that he has bedside manners and makes the patients comfortable. By the way he loves to play badminton, so do I. :)
