Dave is exactly what you want in your attorney. He is an honest pro with a good heart who really invests in his clients. He doesn´t over-promise or sugarcoat things which for me was very refreshing as I generally do not like or trust attorneys. He is also incredibly qualified, knows the local community re courts and family law is his life. Fees, beyond fair for what he will do for you. My family is much better off because we hired the right man for the job. Not done yet, but getting to where we need to be. Thank you David!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with David Phillips Law. At first, I believed this was a professional and trustworthy firm, but my experience has shown otherwise. From the beginning, I was unable to speak directly with the attorney unless the retainer fee was paid first. After my payment was made, communication became very poor.
