Great guy really helped me out
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at David Phillips Law. At first, I believed this was a professional and trustworthy firm, but my experience has shown the complete opposite. From the beginning, I couldn’t even speak directly with the lawyer unless I had the retainer fee paid first. Once they received my money, communication became nearly nonexistent. David Phillips is the absolute worst lawyer I have ever used! I contacted him to settle my divorce: 1. he lied to me 2.made excuses for his lack of response and communication for months 3. doesn’t know the law, there is marital support in IN if you are disabled 4. waited to prepare for court/ trial until the night before the event 5. was late to court the next morning because he sent me a finalization chart to review at 11pm, which was all wrong, so he had to fix it before court in the morning 6. was unprepared in court, I h... read more
Extremely unprofessional experience. This attorney has been completely unresponsive for many months. Despite paying a significant retainer, there has been zero progress on my case. He consistently ignores emails and fails to show up for scheduled phone consultations. It is impossible to get a status update or any information regarding my legal matter.
