Dr Palmer identified the problem. Repeated it wasn’t what I feared. I wish he would have repeated the name of the bone I was having pain from and maybe even explained its purpose. I was happy to know it wasn’t what I thought and appreciated. How he explained how it could be made better. He was very pleasant and helpful .
He always knows what I'm dealing with. His treatments are always right on target. I've been seeing him over the past 10 plus years. Will continue to do so. God bless Dr Palmer.

Check in was quick and easy. X-rays very efficient. Dr Palmer, as always, quickly determined the problem and suggested a treatment plan.
I was seeing an awful orthopedist who literally hung up the phone on me and was impossible to contact. She scheduled me for surgery, but she seemed sketchy and weird to me so I went to get a second opinion. I called Fox Valley Orthopedics, and they carefully took into consideration which doctor they thought I should see, and placed me with Bartel. Dr. Bartel was very kind, responsive to questions, and thorough in responses about causes and potential solutions.
I'm from out of town....new patient...appt was for 9 am. Took X-rays of knees, gave me injections in both knees while showing me on computer how gel was being inserted in knee.....on my way by 9:25 am. Went home and rode bike 10 miles....easy peasy. Great doctor, great reception, nurses and PA. Will not hesitate to go again if necessary. Thank you
Dr. Palmer was very understanding of my medical situation. He was able to provide me with immediate pain relief that worked within my limitations.
