He did not show the x-rays of my hands. He did not go over my x-rays with me. I'm paying for these x-rays and I needed to see them and have him go over the x-rays of my hands to facilitate discussion but he didn't. This is unacceptable.
Dr. David Miller is an exceptional surgeon. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident and at ease throughout the entire process. His skill and attention to detail were evident. I’m truly grateful for his care and highly recommend him.
1st appointment with Dr Miller but a regular at TCO (Town Center Orthopedics). Dr. Miller has a great bedside manner, listens and actually hears and asks questions to clarify. He is very compassionate and thorough and provides good explanations and directions. So far I'm very pleased with all the different TCO specialists I've seen thus far (4).
