Good— I felt that the front desk staff were pleasant to deal with as well as the physicians assistant. The doctor was very knowledgeable and armed me with exercises that I can do at home instead of spending valuable time commuting to and from the office for therapy; however, I feel that this is one of those places where you feel rushed in and out to maximize the number of patients seen.

Okay, that was ridiculous. I waited 1 hour 50 minutes for him. He walked in, said okay what do you want, I said the same injection as last time, he said okay, we will set you up for that and walked out. The PA already had the filled needle in her hand. She laid it down, brought in the sonogram machine. I told her this was ridiculous how long I waited, she said, sorry about that, set up the machine and said she will let him know and walked out.
