Customer service was horrible. They absolutely did not put the customer's needs first during my last visit. I will be looking for another eye doctor before next year--I will not go back there again.
It was my first eye doctor visit in the States. Dr. David McPhillips and staff were very friendly. Hope this is my personal unlucky to get eye prescription 2 weeks later after the visit. Answering calls and messages is not a perfect strengthofPrimary EyeCare Associates. After my first visit to PCP I got a summary with explanation and recommendations.Nothing similarhere.
