I had a pretty frustrating experience at this clinic. The doctor was great and friendly, but the staff? Not so much. I felt dizzy after starting a new prescription and called to get help. The person on the phone told me to just get used to it, which didn’t make any sense to me. She even hung up on me! After saying I don’t think I want to get used to it . The best!
I have been to, I think, four total optometrists in my life. Honestly most have been perfectly competent. However, I can say for sure that I'm unlikely to find anyone better than Dr. McBride at what h e does. Competent is great, but truly caring makes a world of difference, and everyone hear clearly does care a lot.
Dr. Shaina Sullivan has my highest recommendation as an optometrist in the Beaverton area. I have a rare eye condition and she has helped me navigate it with such care. Her dedication and commitment to helping her patients is unparalleled. We are so thankful to have found her as our eye doctor. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with as well.
