Misdiagnosis & treated for Rheumatoid arthritis. After 2 years of pills & no improvement, I switched doctors. Now being treated correctly, I have my life back. I'm able to saddle my horse on my own.
The worst treatment from staff on all levels , from the front desk to the Dr. i seen the doctor for over tens years then was dropped because of cancellation policy they never even informed me of over all the plus ten years ive been with them. It flipped my world upside down and two years later i am still without care. I was forced to come off all my meds cold turkey. I drive from Warren, Trumbull County to see Dr. Mandel. I was kindly treated and knowing of other Rheumatologists closer to me, he is using cutting-edge diagnostic tools to aid in his examination and diagnosis. Best rheumatologist I have found
Rude nurse practitioner, never get my mothers medication on time from them because they never send the prior authorizations... but stuck sewing him because he's one of the few that accept medicare
