David Jenkins is the best realtor! He went above and beyond finding a house for us. He took several very helpful videos for us when we could not make it out to Durham. He even went into crawl spaces for us. He has a great personality and we feel like we gained a friend in Durham. He got the house that was meant for us. I would highly recommend David to others.
David helped me buy my first house which I LOVE and am beyond happy with. He was so incredibly patient and helpful! We bought and sold with David after he was referred by a close friend. I believe we got our house for a steal, thanks to his negotiating skills.
