We were trying to prepare for our case and David kept putting us off for weeks up until 40 minutes before our case where he briefed the defendant and when the time came, David was prepared, our defendant wasn’t prepared, and upon hindsight and discussion with other defense attorneys, there was so much more that David could have done that he didn’t do and was ill prepared for.
