It’s a shame to give a one star for the poor customer service provided by the receptionist of Dr. Príncipe. All the technicians are so wonderful to deal with, very caring and kind. However, dealing with the receptionist is probably the worst part of coming to this office. She always finds a way to make your life impossible, her demeanor is dismissive and rude. It’s like she hates her job. It’s a such a poor first impression for this office.

I used to go to Dr.Principe years ago when I was pregnant. At 5 months he told me I needed to have an abortion because my baby wasn’t forming correctly. As I’m reading the horrific stories of him trying to do this to other woman I ask myself if I should have gotten a second opinion. I trusted him and put all my eggs in that basket now I’m wondering after 7 years if this was even accurate information. Since then I have been terrified to carry a baby.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was referred to Principe for gestational diabetes by my OBGYN and it was the worst doctor experience I’ve ever had. He’s pompous and lacks empathy, which you would think a high risk doctor would have. He came in, looked at my numbers, told me “they sucked”, and I had to go to the hospital for insulin. He didn’t bother asking me any questions or get any other information about my pregnancy.
