Dr. Prall does not allow advocates or care partners to be physically present with their loved ones when the patient requests it, even pre/post outpatient surgery. This was not disclosed prior to the surgery last month. As a result - there were safety errors, unnecessary confusion & near misses as a result this preference to not have to deal with family/advocates.
