Dr. Powell is total professional and very polite!
Went for a C&P exam for tinnitus. This guy was obviously bothered that I was taking up his time. Very indifferent and seemed like he couldn't care less if he screwed me over or not. I literally worked around running aircraft engines on a daily basis and he hosed me out of my benefits by telling the VA god knows what. Our veterans deserve better.
