The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Would you recommend this pediatrician to others? Ye... read more
