I called because I had an eye infection.I was seen the same day.Staff was friendly and wait time was short. Dr. Pickrell did a thorough eye exam ..He did not rush visit.He prescribed meds and I am well. I would recommend him to friends and family.
Could not find record of frames. I ordered are a record of my app. No one would return my calls. Although the staff was. friendly I had rather go somewhere more dependable
Friendly staff, helpful, overall great optometry. The wait is very long though. I was there for nearly 3 hours. Next time I might schedule an early appointment (am) so I can get out by the afternoon.
I had an appointment for today June 25 2020 at 10:30, when arriving the facility told me they had moved my appointment to July 10 2020 without notifying me first and honestly I was a little upset. No place should be allowed to change your appointment time without notifying you first. Now my time was wasted and hope I can find a professional eye care because this place isn't professional
