I bought a brand new house from David Perry construction 2 years ago and have been extremely disappointed with their work. I' had to completely replace the garage door ($3500) because it was installed incorrectly and ripped after 1 year, tear up and redo all the flooring in the first floor because of cheap materials (not waterproof, they are coming up, splintered my 8 year olds foot, and warping from any water exposure whatsoever) ($8000) and now I have roof leaks that I'm getting estimates on.
