Dave was excellent! I had a very difficult refi and Covid made it even worse. My father was in a nursing home so getting papers to him and signed was almost impossible. Dave was extremely patient and understanding of the situation. Not only did he get the refi done but he also got the title straightened out with people in different cities and states. This process took almost a year and I’m extremely thankful to Dave for his time and patience.

He communicates each step and is always available to answer any questions we have. He never pressures us into making decisions we aren't comfortable with.
