0 STARS!! They represent the cheapest sellers. I purchased a home from a seller using this realtor and it was a nightmare. you knew the seller lacked professionalism and was a slumlord. First issue: You made an offer to lower the house price on WITHOUT THE SELLERS KNOWLEDGE due to poorly concealed damage in the laundry (major leak, damage, and black mold) that resurfaced between purchase agreement and 2 weeks before last walk-through. I worked with David months ago for the sale of my home. I trusted his words, did not check, check and recheck behind him.
