I need to get my mother in quickly to a cardiologist. It had been a while since she'd seen Dr. Parrish and they are considering her a new patient now and cannot get her in until end of August or first of September. That is fine, but what I find completely unacceptable is that the scheduler this morning could not tell me that! I had to leave a message for the nurse. She did not return my phone call.
